About

A woman with curly blonde hair wearing dark sunglasses and a rust-colored shawl, standing outdoors in a nature setting.

I am a yoga instructor and herbalist living in Alicante, Spain and Dartmoor, Devon. I believe that healing should empower us, to heal ourselves and the systems that hurt us. Much of what we experience; grief, burnout, trauma, even menopausal and menstrual challenges result from a culture that disconnects us from our true nature, and which perpetuates systems of harm. I believe in supporting people to use whatever tools call to them, to find their own path to healing body, spirit and mind. This could include movement, breath, herbs or mudras. Through this discovery, we can connect back to our bodies, listen to the wisdom and what it is we need to heal ourselves, in our own way.

Herbs can be powerful allies as we navigate pain, disease, discomfort and emotional distress. Read more here…

Mudras
